Reliable brand, great quality

This is my third purchase from Z Grills, and they've been consistently good. I first bought a 450 series grill a few years back, then some replacement parts last year, and this time I ordered a rotisserie kit and a bag of their hickory pellets. The rotisserie kit fit my existing grill perfectly, which is always a relief. Their pellets burn clean and give a nice flavor. Shipping was standard, took about 5 days to get here in Oregon. I did notice the packaging for the rotisserie kit was a bit thin, but nothing was damaged. I keep coming back because their products just work well and last.

New grill, good times

I finally got around to ordering the 700 series pellet grill. It arrived in about a week, which was decent. Assembly took a bit longer than I thought it would, but the instructions were pretty clear. Cooked some ribs on it last weekend and they turned out great. The meat probe was really handy. Just wish the wheels felt a bit sturdier.

Consistent quality, keeps me coming back

This is my third Z Grills purchase; I got the 700 series a few years back, then a portable one, and now I just added a smoker expansion rack and some cherry pellets. They've always been reliable. My order arrived in about a week, which is typical for them. The expansion rack fit perfectly, just like their accessories always do. The pellets burn clean. I keep coming back because their products just work without fuss. My only minor wish is that they'd offer more variety in the grill covers, maybe some heavier duty options.

Decent value, few issues

I recently bought a 450 series pellet grill. The price was competitive, especially with the pellet bundle offer. Shipping was free and the grill arrived in good condition within about five business days. Setup was mostly easy, but one of the screws for the side shelf was a bit difficult to get in. I've done a few cooks and it holds temperature fairly well, though it struggles a little on very windy days. Customer service was responsive when I had a question about the warranty. Overall, it's a good grill for the money, but the drip pan liners could be a little thicker to prevent tearing easily.

Good grill, fast shipping

Ordered a portable pellet grill. Arrived quick, took 4 days to reach Austin. Works well. Grill mat could be thicker.

Good grill, fast shipping

Ordered a portable pellet grill. It arrived quickly, within 3 days. Set it up easily. Cooked chicken, turned out great. The drip pan liner could be thicker. Overall satisfied with the purchase and the quick delivery.

Love my new Z Grills!

Oh my gosh, I just got my 550 series pellet grill and it's amazing! It was pretty easy to get set up and I used it right away for some smoked chicken. It cooked perfectly and the flavor was incredible. I'm so happy with this purchase! The free grill cover with it was a nice bonus too, though it's a little thin.

Solid grill, minor delivery hiccup

I purchased the 1000 series pellet grill during a holiday sale. The ordering process on the website was straightforward, and I appreciated the clear product descriptions. Shipping took about 8 days, which was a little longer than I hoped, and the box had a small tear when it arrived, but thankfully the grill itself was undamaged. Assembly was manageable for one person, though an extra set of hands would have made it quicker. I've used it several times now, and the temperature control is consistent. The included grill tool set is basic but functional. My only real complaint is that the grease bucket feels a bit flimsy; I might replace it with something more robust.
